By creating an account, accessing, or using Nexora ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision, you must not use the Platform. Nexora ("we") reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; the modifications will take effect upon being published on this page.

You must provide truthful information when registering and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must be of legal age according to the applicable legislation in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or present suspicious activity. The registration process includes email and OTP code verification.

You agree to use Nexora in a professional and ethical manner. It is prohibited to:

• Post counterfeit, misleading content, or content that infringes on third-party rights.
• Attempt to obtain certifications or badges through cheating or dishonest means.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your professional experience or organization.
• Use the Platform for illegal activities, fraud, or money laundering.
• Extract data from the Platform in an automated manner without authorization.
• Spam, harass, or send unsolicited mass connection requests.
• Create fake organizations or verify domains you do not own.

You retain ownership of the content you post (posts, articles, case studies, infographics, comments, questions, and multimedia files). By posting, you grant Nexora a non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and distribute said content within the Platform. We do not publish content without attribution. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or our community policies.

You can control the visibility of your posts (public, connections only, or private), disable comments, pin content to your profile, and manage mentions and hashtags. Mentions of other users, companies, and universities notify the entities mentioned.

Companies and universities can create profiles on Nexora. The creation of organizations is subject to review and approval by our team. Organization administrators can generate access codes to verify their members, manage the organization's profile, and post events. Domain verification confirms the organization's authenticity. We reserve the right to reject or remove organization profiles that do not meet our criteria or provide false information.

Users and organizations can create and manage events (webinars, conferences, workshops, hackathons, training sessions, and more). Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information (date, location, agenda, speakers) and any external registration links. Participation in events via RSVP is voluntary. Nexora is not responsible for the quality, safety, or results of events organized by third parties.

Nexora certifications (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) reflect performance in assessments designed by the Platform. The Knowledge Passport validates your verified skills in a portable format. They do not constitute a guarantee of professional competence or a formal endorsement. Certifications are a tool for professional development and knowledge recognition within the payments community.

Nexora includes gamified elements: XP, levels, rankings, themed seasons, a competitive arena with matchmaking, open duels, team matches, leagues, real-time Live Quiz, and Architect Studio to design and validate payment architectures. Participation is voluntary. We reserve the right to adjust scores, rankings, and game rules to maintain fairness. Seasons have defined start and end dates; upon conclusion, final results and permanent achievements are recorded. Verified skills may decay over time if not practiced regularly, incentivizing continuous learning. Unsportsmanlike behavior or rank manipulation may result in sanctions.

Nexora offers professional mentorship with AI assistance and an opportunities board (jobs, contracts, consulting, and projects) posted by organizations. Opportunities may require minimum verified skills as an eligibility criterion. Applying for an opportunity does not guarantee selection; decisions are made by the posting organization. We are not responsible for the terms, conditions, or outcomes of employment or contractual relationships derived from the platform. AI mentorship is for guidance purposes and does not constitute certified professional advice.

The Platform sends notifications via email, in-app, and, when available, through push notifications on mobile devices. You can manage your notification preferences by channel and category, set quiet hours, and choose the frequency of digests (instant, hourly, daily, weekly, or disabled). Push notifications require a native mobile application with granted permissions. We do not guarantee the timely delivery of notifications due to factors external to the service.

The Platform uses AI to generate content (summaries, analysis, questions, recommendations, translations, and mentorship assistance). AI-generated content is labeled as such and is for informational purposes. It does not constitute legal, financial, or compliance advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information before making decisions based on it.

The Platform is offered "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Regulatory, news, and standards content is for informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, or compliance advice. You must consult with qualified professionals before making decisions based on Nexora's information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. Nexora's total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
