  • Improve the Platform through aggregated and anonymous analysis, and train AI models to generate content and recommendations.

3. Sharing information

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information only in these cases: with service providers who help us operate the Platform (hosting, analytics, email, AI) under confidentiality agreements; and when required by law or competent authority. Your public profile, posts, and certifications are visible to other users according to the visibility settings you choose (public, connections only, or private). Organization administrators can view the affiliation of their members verified through access codes.

4. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, data isolation by user and organization (Row-Level Security), security audits, domain verification for organizations, and continuous monitoring. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request the deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Export your data in a structured format.
  • Withdraw consent for data processing.
  • Manage the visibility of your profile and posts at any time.

To exercise these rights, contact our team through the Help Center.

6. Cookies and preferences

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember language and theme (light/dark) preferences, and analyze Platform usage. You can manage cookies from your browser settings. Essential cookies for the Platform's operation cannot be disabled.

7. Artificial Intelligence

We use AI to generate news and regulation summaries, regulatory analysis, content and learning recommendations, quiz question generation, mentorship assistance, content quality verification, and translation between the 9 supported languages. AI-generated content is labeled as such and is for informational purposes; it does not constitute legal, financial, or compliance advice. Your data is not shared with third parties to train external models without your consent.
